The vehicle was stopped and both were ejected. The man was being searched when the woman went back to the car and pressed the button and blew herself up.
According to him, 'due to this, both the attackers were killed while one policeman, Adeel Hussain, died.'According to the DIG, the blast was carried out by a VBID (Vehicle Base Explosive Device). He said that further investigation is going on regarding the attackers.
